  • Financial Services including payables, receivables, reconciliations, budgets, and acting as a liaison between the HOA, Title Companies and other entities.
  • Coordination with vendors and Board for special projects and general maintenance.
  • Acts as a liaison between owners, vendors and the Board of Directors for each HOA.
  • Review of policies and procedures to make sure they are compliant with the rules & regulations of the Division of Real Estate.
