Grand Junction Economic Partnership (GJEP) announces several developments underway. With Grand Junction’s investment, the community has encouraged development in and around the RIVERFRONT at Las Colonia's PARK. Through the goals, strategies, and objectives, local awareness and support help to build a community to secure support, funding, and an information infrastructure for riparian restoration issues. Grand Junction, Colorado represents an area where Rivers Edge West provides direct leadership to riparian restoration partnerships, engaging land managers, community members and youth in restoration, education, and rewards activities.

This action plan involves an evaluation process to ensure success in achieving the intended impacts of this plan. The goals established from GJEP allows for innovation, support, awareness, and the riparian health throughout the western communities. With the history of leadership involving Coldwell Banker, GJEP has been able to bring the community together and engage the City towards new developments. The vision involves a Live Work Play environment which honors the history of Grand Junction. The timeline for development includes headquarters for Bonsai Design and Rocky Mountains (relocating from Boulder, Colorado). After 2020, additional

activities will attract all ages including a water park, nature space, beach, and ramps leading directly to the river. The unique, natural beauty of this community has evolved and will continue growing as people choose to relocate to this amazing area. The story told through these different developments will give individuals an idea where the community started from and where it will be heading.
